Responsibilities The duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Consult with program managers and analysts within the office on the program conceptual framework and objectives Develop statistical framework and survey requirements consistent with conceptual framework and program objectives Provide consultation and guidance to OEUS managers and staff on survey design, estimation, and other statistical issues Develop and provide specifications for the maintenance and refinement of sampling frames for OEUS surveys Research, evaluate, and implement methods to reduce nonsampling errors, whether due to collection procedures, processing, estimation techniques, nonresponse imputation, or o...
