Summary The Supervisory Medical Support Assistant plans and directs scheduling and health administrative services throughout the Durham VA Health Care System and has full supervisory responsibility as the direct line supervisor for the Lead and/or Supervisory Medical Support Assistant(s) and all Medical Support Assistant (MSA) staff within the assigned unit.
