Position Overview
Summary This position is located in the Office of General Counsel, Litigation Services Section, in the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch of the Division of Enforcement Litigation. The Branch represents the Board in all cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals involving enforcement or review of final Board decisions and orders, and works with the Office of the Solicitor General in handling the Board's cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Paralegal Specialist (Chief of Litigation Services), GS-0950-12, your typical work assignments may include: Providing technical review over all procedural steps and practices involving the enforcement or review of Board Orders in the Courts of Appeals and issuing informational memoranda immediately upon issuance of court decisions in Board cases to personnel of the Agency.
