Summary The Deputy Principal Executive Director, Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction (OALC), oversees the Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL) operations, which consist of a central office staff and OPAL field activities. OPAL provides comprehensive, strategic acquisition support for VA's highly complex requirements, including strategic Information Technology and medical systems.
