Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION MANAGER in the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)PRODUCTION DIVISION of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will provide direction to all program supervisors and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the product. You will be responsible for building team rapport and synergy to create and maintain a positive motivational climate. You will analyze production needs to develop requirements for product initiatives and planning. You will be responsible for adhering to compliance regulations as it pertains to aviation maintenance i.e NAMP 4790/AMI/MPA, Quality Management System and all FRCSW and higher overarching policies.
