Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT in the Naval Foundry & Propeller Center (NFPC) (Future Code 40B of NFPC in FY27) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will manage second line supervisors of all the trade work at NFPC. You will develop work processes and execute all work assigned to the division ensuring the delivery of NFPC's products. You will ensure equipment is properly maintained. You will serve as the highest technical authority for all trade matters relating to production planning, processes and techniques of the shop. You will implement Foundry policy, and integrate and execute all efforts required to accomplish goals and objectives.
