Summary This position serves as a Middle Manager providing supervision to subordinate employees and manages the activities of a Flight Standards organization. Responsibilities The incumbent will report to the applicable Senior Manager and will execute the Agency's aviation safety mission, while communicating and building change coalitions; seeking out opportunities to involve their teams in supporting change across the organization and employing best practices for sponsoring change and managing resistance. The position manages the work of a large, multi-level organization through subordinate employees.
