Summary The position serves as the Director, Standards and Rulemaking Division, Office of Hazardous Materials Safety (OHMS), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). The incumbent plans, coordinates, recommends and implements changes and additions to, and administers, the Department of Transportation's comprehensive set of regulations for ensuring the safe transportation of hazardous materials.
