Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY WORK AND FAMILY LIFE SPECIALIST in the Fleet and Family Support Centers (FFSC) within Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), Fleet and Family Readiness Department (N9), Family Readiness Division (N91), Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP), Gricignano, Italy. Responsibilities You will supervise staff assigned to the Work and Family Life (WFL) program/division consisting of subordinates and/or volunteers to provide guidance, leadership, training, and supervision. You will coach subordinates in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques; advises on work methods, practices and procedures; and assists in identifying the parameters of a viable solution.
