We are seeking a Supplier Quality Development Engineer to support our supplier development activities within our team and supplier network in the Metso Aggregates Business Area. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.

This position requires traveling 30–50 days annually.

What you’ll do

• Continuous development of supplier quality processes supporting sourcing, production, and engineering
• Analyze supplier capacity and capabilities to meet quality requirements specified in specifications, drawings, and contract files
• Creating and executing supplier audits with audit follow‑up according to the supplier development action plan and verifying impact
