Responsibilities

·Conduct the Supplier Vontier Assessment Process and drive for the improvements

·Development and Qualification of Parts from the Domestic and Import Suppliers

·Handling the Supplier Quality issues at the Incoming, Assembly and Field

·Monitor and Improve the Supplier Performance and drive for improvements

·Conduct the Manufacturing Process Audit at the suppliers and drive for improvements

·Monitor the life of the casting tool and drive for the qualification of replacement tool

·Implement the VBS Practices at the suppliers

·Drive for the Kaizens at the suppliers to improve the FPY%

·Conduct the required training for the suppliers for the development
