Position Overview

  • 及时反馈部件问题，追踪供应商产品质量问题的分析及改进;
  • 定期分析供应商的质量问题，持续改进供应商质量表现;
  • 定期发布供应商分析报告，为相关各部门提供数据支持;
  • 依据审批的审核计划，实施供应商定期审核和评价;
  • 支持新产品开发，对供应商的新产品进行认证;
  • 支持本地采购开发新供应商，对新供应商进行认证和改进;
  • 控制质量成本，达成年度COPQ目标;
  • 部门领导依据业务需求临时分配的工作;
  • Timely feedback component non-conformance and track the supplier’s analysis and improvement for that.
  • Regularly analyze the quality issues of suppliers and continuously improve their quality performance.
  • Release supplier analysis reports to provide data support for relevant departments.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of suppliers in accordance with the approved audit plan.
  • Support the development of new products and certify new products from suppliers.
  • Support local procurement in developing new suppliers, and certify and improve new suppliers.
  • Control poor quality costs and achieve the annual COPQ goals.
