**Job Description**

**Work Arrangement:** This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.

**The Role:**

Manage end-to-end supplier quality activities, ensuring supplier performance, product compliance, and effective resolution of quality issues through structured problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

**What You'll Do:**

**1. Incoming Supplier Quality Management**

+ Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM, defect rates, SBR, QPR).
+ Review incoming quality concerns and ensure immediate containment at the plant.
+ Support sorting, rework, and controlled shipping activities (CS1/CS2).

**2. Issue Resolution & Problem Solving**

+ Manage supplier issues through systems like SPPS, PRTS, or equivalent.
+ Lead 8D investigations and ensure robust, permanent corrective actions.
