Supply Chain Contracts Manager

**POSITION SUMMARY:**

This role is a Supply Chain position focused on overseeing supply chain and vendor contracts. The Supply Chain Contracts Manager will handle the end-to-end contract process for suppliers, including reviewing, revising, and negotiating contracts. This role will also be responsible for driving improvements in the contracting processes and developing supply chain contracting policy and procedures. The position is based in Singapore.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Contract review & management: Oversee end-to-end review of all indirect materials/services, logistics & warehousing contracts. Ensure each agreement meets operational requirements (pricing, delivery, quality standards) and complies with company policies before approval. Minimize liability of AE in its supply chain and vendor contracts.
