Job Description
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, planning, and logistics
Ensure uninterrupted operations in a continuous production environment through effective supply-demand alignment
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies, managing complex international supplier networks
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining supply security and quality standards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership (manufacturing, sales, R&D)to align supply chain with business strategy
Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs, driving operational excellence and efficiency
Lead, develop, and motivate supply chain teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
