Supply Chain HR Business Partner – South Africa

Overview

This role provides both strategic and operational HR leadership across TMICC Southern Africa’s end‑to‑end Supply Chain, spanning factory, logistics, engineering, planning, warehousing and head‑office SC teams. As TMICC builds its identity following the recent separation from Unilever, you will partner directly with the Supply Chain Lead and Factory LT to drive performance, capability, engagement and transformation in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Supply Chain Lead and Factory LT to define and deliver the SC people strategy.
• Balance long‑term strategic transformation with daily operational HR support.
• Lead and coach the HRBPA to ensure operational HR excellence across recruitment, onboarding, learning and HR processes.
