Supply Chain Lead – CS Assistant Manager. Function: Supply Chain. Reports to: UI E2E SC Manager Partnerships & SA Sourcing. Scope: Regional. Location: Mexico or Colombia. Terms & Conditions: Full Time.

Job Purpose

Lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for LATAM customers, including customer service, NPD networks, and supply planning. Support customer service across countries, coordinate with planners to confirm supply, collaborate with logistics to secure bookings, and work with commercial teams as internal customers and with external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete order to delivery cycle for Americas business.
• Lead supply chain customer service operations focusing on increasing customer satisfaction and strengthening collaboration with the customer supply chain team.
• Manage order service level KPIs.
• Track secondary sales and market inventory closely with BDMs and distributors.
