Position Overview

Role & Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end supply chain operations for data centre hardware, including servers, networking gear, power systems, and cooling infrastructure.
  • Lead global vendor negotiations, contracts, and SLAs for critical components — prioritizing cost efficiency, lead time reduction, and risk mitigation.
  • Build and optimize inventory forecasting models using demand signals from deployment roadmaps and maintenance cycles.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Facilities, and Finance to align procurement with capacity expansion and refresh schedules.
  • Implement supply chain visibility dashboards using ERP and BI tools to monitor KPIs like OTIF, stockout rate, and working capital impact.
  • Develop risk contingency plans for geopolitical, logistical, or component shortage disruptions impacting data centre uptime.
