INBOUND SUPPLY CHAIN & PORT LOGISTICS

Manage inbound raw material logistics from Vancouver Port to Chilliwack alongside e 3PL provider.

Coordinate drayage, customs clearance, container scheduling, and receiving capacity.

Minimize freight congestion, container dwell time, and demurrage risk for inbound.

Align inbound flows with production ramp-up and ASRS capacity.

Adhere to standards set up by HQ for all above activities to maintain product quality and consistency.

WAREHOUSE & ASRS OPERATIONS

Operational ownership of the ASRS system following project handover.

Work closely with engineering, IT, and vendors during system stabilization.

Establish and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and escalation protocols.

Ensure warehouse operations meet safety, productivity, and accuracy requirements.

Define and manage business continuity plans for ASRS...
