About the role

Oversees the entire order cycle, direct transportation, warehousing, and inventory to ensure the right goods are delivered on the right place and on time, while minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and monitor the entire order cycle, ensuring seamless flow of materials from suppliers to end customers

· Manage stock levels, delivery schedules, and storage solutions to prevent shortages and reduce overhead costs

· Maintain a good relationship with suppliers and logistics partners to keep the service levels confidence as the business required

· Monitor shipping and operational budgets, identifying bottlenecks and executing cost-saving strategies

· Supervise the superintendents and provide support to all the team, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

· Resolve delivery delays and ensure shipments comply with international and domestic regulations (FDA CGMP, USA/...
