About

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Monozukuri & Synchronous Flows Manager to lead industrial Supply Chain optimization initiatives across automotive manufacturing operations.

The professional will be responsible for identifying and implementing logistics and industrial flow improvements that reduce Total Landed Cost (TLC), improve operational efficiency and support successful industrialization of synchronous logistics flows from development into serial production.

This position requires strong collaboration with manufacturing plants, suppliers, procurement, logistics providers and cross-functional engineering teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Monozukuri workshops with plants and suppliers.
• Identify and implement Supply Chain optimization initiatives (logistics, packaging, inbound and internal flows).
• Drive cost reduction actions focused on Total Landed Cost (TLC).
