Job Description

This Senior Program Manager role is responsible overseeing and driving multiple complex and strategic end to end programs meeting company desired goals and outcome. As this multifaceted position, it requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, planning, influencing and communication skills.

The primary focus is to ensure successful execution of programs from initiation to completion, with a specific emphasis on strategic management to facilitate organizational adaptation to evolving transformations within the company.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline, preferably MBA.

Project Management, Change Management or a related field or certification in PMP, Change Management, Agile, Six Sigma or Lean
