Summary

As a Trainer, you will enable new and existing team members to achieve job readiness and operational excellence within a fast‑paced supply chain environment. You will bridge process knowledge, system proficiency, and performance standards through structured training, on‑floor coaching, and data‑driven learning interventions. You will work closely with Operations, Process, and Quality teams to ensure employees are equipped to perform effectively across order management, logistics coordination, tools, and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training programs aligned to operational processes, systems, and SOPs
