What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding of Direct Ship and Online Only vendors, including system configuration and pilot execution
• Educate vendors on requirements and ensure readiness prior to go‑live
• Set up key parameters such as lead times, transit times, SKU and Store ramp‑ups, and order flows
• Ensure orders move accurately across channels with minimal disruption
• Execute changes such as vendor/channel transitions and SKU ramp‑ups
• Monitor order flow performance and address exceptions proactively
• Ensure vendor and product setup meet Line Review or Season Setup timelines
• Partner closely with Direct Ship, eCommerce, Order Management, Transportation, and Merchandising teams
• Align all stakeholders on vendor setup requirements and readiness
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned vendors and programs
