Job title: SCM Program Manager

Location: Frisco, TX

Duration: 6+ Months

Hybrid: 3 days a week in office

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain management, and procurement with telecom industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Mapping & Transformation:

o Conduct detailed current state process mapping of supply chain and procurement workflows.

o Design and document future state processes, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.

o Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, KPI s, etc., recommending actionable improvements.

Program Management:

o Develop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives.

o Work cross-functionally with teams, including procurement, network, device, and IT, to ensure thorough documentation.

o Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment
