Roles and Responsibilities - Consolidate weekly open RFQ list from dashboard to enhance the quoting efficiency
- Assist in analyzing cost delta, price changes, and supplier quotations.
- Support on supplier onboarding, including vendor code creation and PGr maintenance
- Maintain quotation database to let internal customers easily access to
- Maintain IIPECs (CoG savings tracking)
- Diverse ad-hoc requests depending on business needs
Education and Experience Diploma/Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, (International) Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Finance is preferred or equivalent work experience.
Skills - Technical skills: SAP, MS offices
- Reporting skills: Capability of consolidating validation result for next step actions
