Responsibilities

• Manage the entire import shipment process from bulk order placement by ZALORA, purchase order creation, cargo readiness and liaison with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse.
• Check and ensure each shipment contains complete and accurate documents such as invoices, packing lists, AWB, and BL.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure on‑time stock delivery to Zalora RDC.
• Update shipment information in internal systems and ensure a complete set of shipping documents are stored electronically and physically.
• Carry out detailed checks on freight invoices against the rate card before approving payment to freight forwarders.
• Ensure shipments into the warehouse comply with company policies, bonded warehouse procedures and Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) guidelines.
