About The Role

We are building a talent pool of Support Analysts and Engineers who will provide platform‑level support for enterprise portals and applications. These roles cover both L1 triage and resolution and L2 investigation and diagnostics. You will be the first human contact beyond automated support, ensuring issues are classified, resolved, or escalated with speed and accuracy.

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical support, service desk, or application/platform support roles
