The Role
You will be a member of our Technical Client Success team, working as a Support Analyst in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality-conscious. This is a client-facing role with daily responsibilities involving dealing with clients in a support/advisory capacity, providing resolution and follow-up to issues which arise in business-critical, production environments.
Responsibilities
Be the point of contact for your clients and own the technical relationship to ensure the greatest possible value is derived from the use of our services
Provide high-level technical consultancy to our clients and internal stakeholders, such as product configuration and training
Manage deployment projects.
Manage client onboarding projects.
Contribute actively to internal projects and company initiatives.
