Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the South West London Team. Reporting to Service Delivery Coach, Gavin Hughes.

Position: (phone number removed) Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, South West London. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings or other work-related meetings).

Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Salary: Circa £22,600 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum/pro rata or outer London weighting £2,457 per annum/pro rata may be applied in accordance with where you live)  (FTE circa £28,300 per annum plus any London weighting if applicable)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027
