JDA Software is seeking a Support Engineer 2 in Monterrey, Mexico, to assist our SaaS customers with Enterprise Supply Planning and cognitive planning applications. In this role, you'll support customer upgrades, maintain relationships, and provide expert advice on best practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the supply chain planning domain and in the Software/SaaS industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
