JOB DESCRIPTION:

Goal: Provide reliable Level 1 production and application support for Java-based systems, ensuring incident resolution, system stability, and SLA compliance in an onsite environment.



Java Production Support — Ability to triage, debug, and support Java applications in production using logs, Unix, and ServiceNow with clear handoffs to L2/L3.



SCOPE

Provide Level 1 application and production support for business-critical Java systems.

Monitor application and infrastructure health via logs, alerts, and dashboards.

Manage ServiceNow incidents, problems, changes, and service requests end-to-end.

Perform Unix-based operational tasks, scripts, and job monitoring.

Support deployments, configuration checks, and environment validation.
