Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Service Now.
• Familiar with running SSH commands on network devices.
• Experience using Citrix Desktops.
• Experience using Remote Desktop to configure hardware and software on Windows computers.
• Knowledge of DHCP and DNS.
• Experience working on incidents passed to them from lower-tier support groups....
