We are looking for a Support Engineer who combines strong technical skills with excellent communication abilities.


What You Will Do

As a Support Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our customers and our platform. You ensure customers get the most out of Trunkstar and support them with both technical and operational challenges.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling and resolving support tickets (2nd line support)
  • Investigating technical issues related to APIs, data flows, and integrations
  • Supporting customers during onboarding and daily platform usage
