Lead customer onboarding and application enablement for MultiMapper, including operational concept reviews, mission preparation guidance, and adoption planning
Provide expert guidance on MultiMapper use cases, mission profiles, platform suitability, and workflow best practices for hybrid imaging and LiDAR data acquisition
Support pre-sales and early project phases through demonstrations, technical consultations, concept validation, and alignment of customer requirements with MTM capabilities
Coordinate closely with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Sales, and Support to ensure a consistent and scalable MTM customer experience
Contribute to launch readiness, voice-of-customer activities, and continuous improvement of MTM documentation, service concepts, and application processes
