Support Nutrition & Food Science Lab Operations (school)
Job Description: - Daily upkeep of the food labs including sweeping, mopping, tidying of food labs and prep room.
- Collate orders of recipes from teachers and carry out timely orders of ingredients for daily lessons and examinations.
- Support NFS unit with filling and documentation, including billings, receipts, delivery order, etc.
- Manage equipment loans, book reference, etc.
- Support other department activities including those involving the use of the food labs.
Qualification, Skill & Experience: - Secondary school qualifications or equivalent.
- Able to converse and keep records in English.
- Able to use MS Office apps.
- Relevant certification on food hygiene, food preparation and food safety (or Willing to take).
- At least three (3) years of similar experience in school environment.
