Were currently recruitingSupport Workers to join our dedicated team at Enham Trusts Care at Home Service. In this rewarding role, youll work closely with residents and colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Youll champion independence, choice, and dignity, always guided by the Skills for Care Code of Conduct for Adult Social Care Workers in England.

As a Support Worker, youll play a vital role in improving lives and making a meaningful difference every day. Youll embody the values of Enham Trust and the Aster Group, promoting motivation, participation, and compassion in everything you do.

Shifts run between 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend shifts.
