We’re looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team, supporting a young adult living just outside Dorchester. You’ll be providing 1:1 community-based support helping them take part in meaningful activities, stay active, and grow in confidence.This is a fun and rewarding role where your relationship with the person you support really matters.

They are a sociable and friendly person in their early twenties who thrives on routine, humour, and connection. They enjoy spending time outdoors, all things gardening, music, festivals, swimming, and trying new foods.
