We are looking for a Full time Support Workers to join our supported living residential service Prospect Street in Reading RG2. This service is home to 5 people with Learning Disabilites aged 18-42 years, all with a range of different needs and preferences. The people we support like to go into the community for shopping and attend appointments. They like to cook and completing daily living activities. Drivers are required to support the people we support in the community.

You will be responsible for providing medication, daily living skills, and activities to the people you support. You will also be part of a great team that will help you achieve your true potential.

Shift times are; 7am-2.30pm, 10.30am-7pm, 2.30pm to 10pm
