We are looking for energetic and motivated Team Leaders for our Residential Services in Palmerston North and Feilding. You will lead a team in supporting our clients to live as independently as possible whilst also providing a safe environment where they can develop confidence, build friendships, and interact within the community.

There will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts spanning across the week, so having the flexibility to support your team across a variety of shifts is a key part of this role.
