Overview

What Customer Order Management contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and dispute resolution.

Qualifications for Internal Applicants

  • Open to current and previous AHS/EP employees - OPRCM at B3 and up CHIP employees P2, P3/M1 can apply.
  • Must have POC experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
  • Preferably acts as the team's POC (when direct supervisor is out).
  • Minimum of 1 year in the current role.
  • Last annual performance rating of at least 3.
  • No record of disciplinary action for the last year.
