Job Summary
+ Supervising Environmental Services employees. Interviewing, selecting and training new employees. Monitoring current employees and providing ongoing training, coaching and performance management.
+ Participating in the development and implementation of department wide projects and programs. Responding to customer concerns/compliments.
+ Controlling operating expenses. Adjusting staffing levels based on fluctuating workloads.
+ Developing and maintaining employee performance standards to achieve desired quality results through daily rounding in areas of responsibility and performing required audits. Evaluating employee performance.
+ Utilizing the Beaumont Standards and effective communication skills to incorporate specific age, cultural or developmental needs.
+ Maintaining and/or improving employee engagement through rounding, recognition, team building and meeting.
