Responsibilities Create current state value stream map of the end‐to‐end value stream(s).
Lead resources to analyze the current state map based on facts, then create a future state map using lean techniques that eliminate waste and improve the process.
Create a plan to achieve the future state and lead the implementation of the plan.
Manage routine tasks within the value stream to ensure that ongoing obligations are fulfilled as progress is made.
Ensure that improvement metrics related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Inventory, 5 S scores and other critical value stream metrics are met.
