We are looking for a full-time Surgery Coordinator to join the team at our Executive Woods Ambulatory Surgery Center! The hours are Monday-Friday from 6am-2pm. No weekends or required holidays!

Position Summary

As the first impression of our practice, the Surgery Coordinator pleasantly and professionally greets all patients with a high level of positive customer service. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to support the overall workflow and efficiency of the practice.

Responsibilities:

+ Greets patients promptly in a pleasant manner, obtains required information, documents, and signatures (demographic info, required referrals, insurance cards and photo ID) from patient and enters into practice management system. Builds patient charts;
