A leading neurosurgical group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a PA or NP/RNFA for a full-time neurosurgery first assist opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona. The opportunity is a quality of life position for an experienced PA or NP/RNFA with no call duties, clinic, rounding or orders. First assisting in surgery ONLY. Overview
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, no call or weekends ever.
- Responsibilities: First assisting in neurosurgery/spine cases. 25-30 hours per/wk. Elective cases only. There will be days where you are done before 2pm. No clinic, orders or rounding.
- Guaranteed Salary: $130k - $155k per/yr based on experience. Additional quarterly bonuses.
