**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Surgery Nurse** at Chandler Regional Medical Center, you will prepare patients for surgical procedures and assist in our 13 state-of-the-art OR suites within a Level One Trauma Center (24/7 operations, 1:1 nurse ratio). This pivotal role ensures excellent nursing care for diverse multi-specialty cases (Trauma, Neuro, Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Plastics/Reconstruction) when patients are at their most vulnerable.

Every day you will provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care, organizing and prioritizing patient care activities while balancing patient needs and comfort. You will serve as a patient advocate, utilizing holistic care practices and adapting to swift changes in patient conditions.
