Monitor guests and staff activities using CCTV, gather intelligence for investigations, conduct incident assessments, support incident commanders, supervise CCTV operation, audit access control, and coordinate emergency responses.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring permanent and alarm‑activated CCTV systems, including manual control of cameras to facilitate the monitoring of live incidents.
• Monitoring the digital recording cycle of all CCTV footage.
• Ensuring digital video recording complies with Law 13‑2005 of Dubai Law.
• Reporting in a timely manner all faults and failures of the Security Management system (SiPass) to Security Management and, as required, to Facilities or RGS.
• Liaising with the Police and other authorized agencies for the viewing of recorded incidents.
