Job Description



We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Survey Processor to handle survey documentation and assist in the processing of subdivision plans, land titling, and other property-related requirements with government agencies.



Responsibilities



- Prepare, organize, and process requirements for subdivision plans and other survey-related transactions

- Coordinate with government agencies such as the Land Registration Authority (LRA), Registry of Deeds, DENR, and Assessor’s Office

- Prepare survey documents, technical descriptions, and other supporting requirements

- Monitor application status and follow up submissions to ensure timely processing

- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and required documents

- Maintain accurate and organized records of survey and land-related transactions

- Assist in land titling and other property documentation processes
