Some Roles and Responsibilities

Setup and operate total station for layout of road, pipes, and excavation

Utilize Microstation and InRoads (line work, importing points, and data)

Organize records, measurements, and other survey information

Competently calculate layout from digital design files

Perform construction lay out as required

Perform quantity survey as required

Maintain and create site benchmarks as required

The ability to interpret MTO Contract Documents

Experience on MTO projects is an asset

Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of dependability.

Experience with GPS, robotic total stations, levels etc.

Computer skills and the ability to use AutoCAD, MicroStation, MS Office suite etc.
