Job Title: Stock Condition Surveyor (Social Housing)

Location: Swindon Hub (Covering a regional patch across Hampshire & Wiltshire)

Pay Rate: £35.00 – £45.00 per hour (Umbrella / CIS depending on preference)

Contract Length: 6-Month Minimum Contract (Long-term programme)

Mandatory Compliance: Valid CSCS Card & Asbestos Awareness certificate
